1. My TV didn't want to come on so I called the front desk. The clerk try on more than one attempt to fix this issue but struck out each time. I finally checked the breaker box in the room and one of the switch's needed to be reset. Once I did this the TV work just fine. 2. I wore socks in the room and the room had laminate flooring as I took my socks off I noticed a big clump of hair so I mentioned this to the manager the next morning when checking out he apologized was hoping more could had happened.

Basic lodgings, for a good price, unique property, room kind of felt like a single occupancy dorm room, not sure it wasn't in its past, not a bad thing, had everything I needed. Breakfast was just basic grab bag items, there is a parking lot in back so don't feel like you need to park out front on the street.

When arriving at the front desk the staff was super friendly and helpful. The staff let us know the best place to park, asked any local questions we had, and showed us right to our room. The room was beautiful and clean. Sleeping was very comfortable. We had fun in the game room/basketball court! Would highly recommend the stay

We appreciated the large room for our family of five (king bed, queen bed and sofa bed). Large but unusual room that had chalkboards along one wall. Nice kitchen area. Plenty of parking behind hotel. We were charged an amount on our credit card at check-in even though we had paid thru ******* (BUT this charge was removed from our credit card statement so maybe it was a damage deposit of some kind? idk) Breakfast offerings could be greatly improved - was just prepackaged muffins and cartons of OJ. But overall, the beds were comfortable & we could all stay together in one room so we'd stay again.

People upstairs were running around till after midnight. The hallway coming into the building was filthy. My room had no windows which i did not care for. Check out with paying with ******* was terrible they kept telling me i owed them over $200. I showed them my receipt and they just muffled something. Will not stay there again.

Did not like not having a door between the bathroom and bedroom. The squeaky floors were also an issue during the night.

Other than a lack of elevator, this hotel was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We had the double room suite in the chapel. It was huge and so clean. The room was quiet and the beds very comfortable. Would definately recommend this as a place to stay!

The hotel was really clean. No information about the hotel in the room. No instructions about the tv. Hated that the bedrooms in the suite always locked if you shut the bedroom doors and you had to use your key card to get in. Had to pre check in for everyone staying in the room and then got to the hotel and was told they did not have access to that information when we got there. Also tried to charge me for the room when I had prepaid with *******.

Excellent charm. Only complaint was pillows were not very good. I’d recommend bringing your own

It was a unique set up but the shower was horrible, the towels were rough and in bad condition. The front desk was less than welcoming and breakfast was non-existent.Would not stay again.

I liked staying at Leavenworth Local, Trademark Collection by Wyndham. It was quiet and different from any other place I have stayed during my visits to Leavenworth. It felt like home. I disliked that the room wasn't as clean as I expected (as former housekeeper). I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
