It's a good purchase if as described. It's not an unheard-of deal but it's a pretty good one, you'll have a hard time finding a better one.

Only the first 5000 of the X serials were considered the "movie release". If the serial is higher than 5000 than it's just an x-metal / ruby colorway.

@Wicked its funny i never said made. I said plated. The fakes i bought where Ti Zr coated 0% gold PLATING. Oakley says real gold PLATED, but everyone thinks the 24k gold is Titauim for some reason. Ill belive Oakley directly.

Every single gold Juliet you are going to find is going to horrible disappoint you then.
The Ti and Zn is what the glasses are made of - that's the X-Metal alloy.

Well then I hope when you buy a "real' 24K Juliet, be it a sample or serial pair you will have it tested as you did this pair. Who said there are 'Gold Plated'? Whats the difference between coated and plated?
