This place was recommended to me and I am glad to have gone to Brake Master's Tracy location to get my car checked for brake inspection and also electrical system test. I was told by another car shop that my brakes needed to get replaced soon, but when Brake Master's checked my car, they said that the brakes are still in great condition. I also got an oil change here since they noticed my oil was darker then the normal. The manager Jordan is approachable and friendly and it seems that he is that way with his team as well as customers. The employees here also seem to communicate well with each other. I will get my car done here for future oil changes and any repairs knowing I can trust the establishment. I would suggest making an appointment because wait times can vary for walk-ins, but overall the wait is worth it if you need an honest and reliable place to get your car worked on.

I felt my Ford F350 Super duty had potential brake issues as the pedal felt “spongy” or mushy. I took it to brake masters and told them of my concern and that I had seen drips of an unknown fluid on the truck’s underside after driving for a while.The crew at brake masters asked that I leave my truck for a total brake inspection.About an hour later I received a call advising me that I had a cracked power steering line that was connected to the brake hydraulic booster thus causing the mushy brake pedal.Upon completing the replacement of the cracked power steering line and subsequent bleeding of my brake system and power steering system I picked up my truck and couldn’t believe how fantastic the systems both brake and power steering where working.My truck, our 5th wheel RV puller was back in great working order.Thanks to the professional staff and mechanical technicians who both diagnosed and repaired it.I would definitely recommend this shop and their staff.

They were quick and friendly. They told me what services were recommended for my car but it all happened really fast over the phone and I just agreed. Later, thinking of what I should have asked. It was all business! The price seemed fair. I've taken cars there before but I remember an older gentleman who wanted to make sure I understand before committing to the work and made me feel like there was no pressure for a quick decision. Overall, great shop (it was a Saturday and we're very busy, so that could be why things we're moving so fast!). I was happy with the service.
